We do not guarantee that every description, image, price, or other website detail will be completely free from errors. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when necessary.
Products must only be used as directed by the manufacturer. Product information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice.
Pricing and Payment
Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed using an incorrect price. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and shipping information.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit, refuse, or cancel an order because of product availability, suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
Online orders may be processed and shipped directly by a third-party fulfillment provider. Products from the same order may arrive in separate packages or on different dates.
Orders may only be canceled or modified before they have been picked, packed, invoiced, or shipped. Because processing begins quickly, cancellation and modification requests are not guaranteed.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, product availability, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Carrier tracking marked “delivered” will generally be treated as proof of delivery. Delivery concerns must be reported according to our Shipping and Return Policy.
Returns, Defects and Damages
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction, incorrect sizing, personal preference, or products ordered by mistake.
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing orderspleasure365@gmail.com.
Customers must keep the product, shipping box, label, and all packaging while a claim is reviewed. Products must not be mailed or brought to our physical store unless written instructions are provided.
Qualifying claims may be forwarded to our fulfillment provider for review. A refund, replacement, credit, or other resolution is subject to verification and approval. Defects reported more than 48 hours after delivery may need to be handled directly through the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Refused and Returned Packages
Customers should not refuse delivery unless instructed to do so.
Refunds or credits for refused, unclaimed, or returned-to-sender packages are not guaranteed. When a credit is approved, original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, handling expenses, and a restocking fee may be deducted.
Acceptable Website Use
You may not use this website:
- For unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
- To violate applicable laws or another person’s rights
- To submit false billing, payment, or shipping information
- To introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology

We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited activity.
Intellectual Property
The Pleasure 365 name, branding, website design, text, graphics, and original content belong to Pleasure 365 or are used with permission. Manufacturer names, product images, trademarks, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or distributed without authorization.

Our website may use or link to third-party payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, manufacturers, applications, and websites.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Pleasure 365 is not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond the responsibility imposed by applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Except where prohibited by law, this website and its content are provided “as available” without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.
Product warranties, when offered, are provided by the applicable manufacturer and subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pleasure 365 will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from website use, shipping delays, product misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
